My tenure at Cisco was five years as part of a services incubator team in the support organization. My role was an engagement manager working with Cisco's largest flagship partners to merchandise and implement the Cisco share support offering- Partner Support Service (PSS).

I functioned as:

I had the pleasure of visiting many of Cisco’s partners as part of the pre-sales process, and later to train and manage partner implementation projects directly. This work required the execution of dozens of remote projects, usually with local Cisco and partner staff in other parts of the world including Romanian, South Africa, Italy, Australia, UK, Hong Kong, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, US, Canada, Singapore, Israel, Egypt and of course USA (Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Atlanta)
