This client is lawyer who saw some of my work and had heard that I was good at processes. He was interested in increasing and formalizing his business to increase the volume of projects and hence revenue. I said I'd take a look at his business model and document some ideas for him.

I developed an engagement model, marketing plan and documented a couple of key processes for his business. This involved sitting down with him and his staff together and separately to chat about what they did and who they did it with. Most of the work was around working out who his constituency was and who his target customer was.

I documented this in several presentation that his incorporated into his "business plan".

I also developed a web site for his business and several brochures for difference services he offers. In all this a was about 2 months work.
